1. DMCA Notices

To file a claim, send a written notification to our DMCA Agent:

Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. Identification (URL or location) of the material you claim is infringing.
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the use is unauthorized.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Counter‑Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter‑notice including:

1. Your contact information and signature.
2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address and agreement to accept service of process.

Send counter‑notices to the same email, with subject “DMCA Counter‑Notice.”

3. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

4. Processing Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA Notices within 24 hours.
